D A Outfitters is making available the Youth Rifle Hunt for youths ages 15 and under (Kentucky Requirement) October 10 & 11, 2009 is Kentucky Youth Deer Weekend and here is how D A Outfitters is working it:
Youth Hunter Only (Rifle) (1 Buck and 1 Doe), $800 (must be accompanied by parent or adult supervisor) Lodging and food included for both youth and adult.
Youth/Parent Combo (1 Buck & 1 Doe each) $1200 (for both hunters)(youth rifle / adult bow or crossbow) food and lodging included.
Hunters Ages 12-15 Non Resident Youth License $5.00, Non-Resident Youth Deer Tag $10.00 each (can purchase 2) Hunters under age 12 are allowed to hunt without a youth license or deer tags (free) same bag limits apply. Adult Non-resident License $130.00, adult non-resident deer tags $60.00. (Both Youth and Adult are required to adhere to hunter orange laws specified in Kentucky Game Laws)
