With tons of products out there the golden question is, what works? If I’m going to spend my hard earned money what buck lure should I buy?  Let me just tell you about my Halloween hunt and let you decide for yourself.

I parked the truck in front of a small field for an evening hunt. With a north wind our best strategy was to go to the far end of the field and find a good tree. As my daughter and I walked across the field I thought it would be a good idea to spray Buck Bomb on the ground. I did this from one end to the other.  I was figuring not only could a buck catch wind of it but it may cover our tracks in case we left our scent.

I also sprayed Buck Bomb all around my stand as we got settled in for our hunt. Becca was my camera girl and ready to see some action, it was Oct 31th as I told her my favorite night to hunt. Anything could happen! And we were there to “Make it Happen”.

Within 15 min we had a spike buck come from the bottom to just below our stand. This spike would not leave he was licking everything I sprayed with the buck bomb. He caught us moving in the tree and spooked, he ran 15 feet but his instinct kicked in and he just couldn’t resist. He came back and stayed under us for an hour after knowing we were there. This was exciting for my girl and kept me alert and on my toes in case a big boy showed. Nothing like having deer around the whole time you’re in the tree.

I rattled a bit and did some calling, the spike didn’t care he was love drunk at this point. About 45 minutes passed when out of the corner of my eye I caught movement. I had two bucks out in the field right where we walked, both were licking the ground. They were all fired up and looking for that doe. They closed the distance to within 15 feet of our tree. One was small maybe 115” and the other was about 125” P&Y not what we were looking for. I must say the next time I hit the stand, I know what I’m spraying as I walk to it.

Testimonial of The Buck Bomb:

My Oct 28 evenin hunt is 1 that will forever be burned in my memory. First let me state I've never been a big endorser of hunting products, I feel there are numerous gadgets in our passion that I just don't have faith in, however Team Buck Wild recently acquired the support of Buck Bomb so I wanted to give it a fair shake.

Upon climbing in my stand and getting set up WITH camera I sprayed the doe estrus product in a 360* pattern from my perch 20’ up in my stand.

After 30 minutes I freshened the scent again and did a rattling sequence, in less than 20 minutes a real Virginia stud came in, best guess without taping him would be upper 130 class, he approached off my left shoulder so I got camera in position and prepared for the shot.

The buck walked into my lane @ 33 yards he locked in on the Buck Bomb and couldn't get enough, he started to lip curl and never moved other than to turn his head for over 2 minutes!......The problem? There was a tree between him and the camera and I couldn't no matter what get him on film. So I watched as he surveyed his Kingdom turning his head in the away position we all pray for but I wouldn't kill him off tape.

Finally I decided to kill 1st tape later however upon drawing he took 2 steps forward and I had no shot, I thought he would go around the underbrush and be @ 20 yards when he reappeared however he kept walking on and the next time I saw him he was 70 yards and walkin out of my life. Let me state without a doubt The Buck Bomb did its job in all my past hunts I have never had a buck stand at ease this long it was really something to behold ,he never knew I was there.

Buck Bomb I back you 100% the proof is in the spray brother!

Team Virginia says GET BUCK BOMB IT WORKS!!!!!

Darren:
I just wanted to tell you the Sweet Corn Hog bomb works on deer! Went to Kentucky and hunted my buddies property...he hadn't been up this year to restock his feeders. I set off the sweet corn hog bombs at 2 of the feeders after we filled them... this was at 3:00 pm. We checked all the feeders the next morning at 11:00am...the hog bomb feeders were the only ones hit!!! We then for kicks and giggles put a pile of corn on the side of a ridge and set off another bomb. Next day every kernel was gone! I have always been a skeptic on scents...I am now a firm believer in the Buck Bomb products! Thanks for producing a quality product!
